back in the 1970s a nearby congregation made all speakers who gave public talks a white shirt to wear.
if a speaker came in wearing anything but white they were brought into the library and were given a white shirt!

We had Neville bromidge (D.O) ( Melbourne Australia) sit in back of the Melton assembly hall count the amount of sisters with these splits and he then shamed us all on stage. what a perve!

No bow tie if giving a public talk. Yep, I was told that. After giving my 3rd public talk I was pulled to the back room by 2 Eldumbs in my congregation and was told it was a distraction, and they believe an unwanted call of attention to myself. The funniest thing, aprx. 4 or 5 months later, our CO came to the servant meeting wearing a bow tie. Me, being the trouble starter that I am, asked right in front of the body why is he wearing a bow tie, it's a distraction and an unwanted call of attention!?!?!?! The CO looked me right in the eyes and said if I was ever told that, then they went beyond "what is written" and should ignore it!!

by Witness 007 insome bibles use the term "worship" when refering to jesus...at times people did fall down and bow to him........this doesn't show he was god!
the greek term; proskeyneo, means to prostrate oneself, to bow down and show honour.
now, this was done for jehovah.....and his representatives....jesus israelite kings and priests....but for the honour of jehovah not as creature worship which even angels would refuse.. also i studied the non-biblical early church gospels which really does show a slow decline over 150 years, into the trinity as the watchtower claims...........although i still hate the watchtower society at least i learnt something that wasn't a lie..

I just want to point out that Russia went after an organization that they knew wouldn't fight back. And I mean by "not fight back" as physical. I wonder if they will try this with Islam? And no, I'm not equating here. I just find it interesting as why they think the JW's are so extremest and dangerous? Especially since they (the Russians) are fighting militarily against others who use religion as a guise?!? I find this very interesting.
